De Deense cartoonist Kurt Westergaard onderneemt juridische stappen omdat Geert Wilders ongevraagd zijn beruchte Mohammedcartoon in zijn antikoranfilm Fitna liet zien. Daarmee schendt Wilders het copyright, ook al verwijdert hij de spotprent uit de film. In het exclusieve interview met Westergaard, dat vanaf dinsdag 1 april in P-magazine staat, zegt de cartoonist dat Wilders beslist zijn film moet laten zien, omwille van het recht op vrije meningsuiting. Hij maakte zelfs speciaal voor ons een spotprent over Wilders. Dat was twee dagen voor de politicus zijn film uitbracht. We vroegen de tekenaar of hij daarna nog altijd dezelfde mening was toegedaan.
KURT WESTERGAARD: “Ik vind nog steeds dat Geert Wilders zijn film moet laten zien. Maar dit gaat over iets anders, namelijk het copyright. Ik wil weten waar mijn cartoon voor wordt gebruikt. Meneer Wilders heeft mij nooit gevraagd of hij ze mocht publiceren. De spotprent is bedoeld om het misbruik van terrorisme in de islam aan te tonen, níet voor andere doeleinden. Ik weet ook wel dat het geen zin heeft om dit constant te controleren want de cartoon is een eigen leven gaan leiden en wordt overal gepubliceerd. Maar als ik de kans krijg om het wel in de hand te houden, zoals in dit geval, dan onderneem ik juridische stappen. Samen met de Deense Bond voor Journalisten. Als cartoonist wil ik niet geïdentificeerd worden met een bepaalde politieke beweging, het is juist belangrijk om onpartijdig te blijven.”
Wilders heeft de cartoon inmiddels verwijderd. Laat u de aanklacht nu vallen?
WESTERGAARD: “Dat laat ik aan de advocaat over. Ik weet niet wat er verder gebeurt, misschien moet Wilders een bepaald bedrag betalen, ter compensatie. Maar geld is niet het belangrijkste, waar het om gaat is dat mijn copyright wordt gerespecteerd.”

Geert Wilders is mijn Held. Hij moet elke dag een film over KUT islam en Koran maken.
Wilders heeft geen verstand van Islam. Hij moet eerst zijn wortels / godsdienst bekritiseren. Maar hij durft dat niet. Ik vindt dat hij geen oplossingen voor zijn hangers bieden. Ik heb hem nooit praten over zaken die van belang zijn voor de Nederlandse samenleving. Denk hierbij aan de belastingsysteem; werkloosheid; zorgverzekering; de zorg voor onze ouders in de verschillende bejaardenhuizen; etc…. . Hij praat de hele jaar alleen maar over de Islam en de Marokkaanse jongeren. Zijn doel is onrust en haat zaaien. Ik wens hem de sterkte in de deze moeilijk tijden en ik wil hem adviseren om een ander thema voor de komende maanden te vinden.

Kijkt, ik snap iets niet goed. Waarom bedreigen jullie iedereen met de dood als hij of zij kritiek uit op de islam?
Er wordt mij steeds maar opnieuw verteld dat islam de meest vredelievende godsdienst is die er bestaat.
Maar wat is er zo vredelievend aan iemand vermoorden die gewoon zijn mening zegt? (of het nu woorden, cartoons of films zijn, dat maakt niet uit)
Kunnen jullie dan echt geen kritiek verdragen?
Jullie leven dus wel in het westen e. Hier is er een scheiding van kerk en staat waar vrije meningsuiting een feit is. Waarom moet volgens jullie dan iemand die zijn mening uit en die nu toevallig niet dezelfde is als jullie mening, sterven?
Leg me dit aub uit.
Dat de heer Kurt Westgaard opkomt voor zijn eigen creatie en daar het auteursrrecht voor claimt, is zeer wel te billijken. Dat hij echter iemand die, zoals hij zelf doet, strijdt tegen de islamisering in wezen vergelijkt met de tiran die beiden bestrijden valt mij van Westgaard vies tegen. De mullah’s lachen zich onderwijl in hun vuistje. Die domme Europeanen, wat zijn ze toch makkelijk tegen elkaar uit te spelen. Jammer, ik had een hoge dunk van de Deense striptekenaar, maar daar is door zijn rare actie verandering in gekomen. Hoe bestaat hij het, Wilders af te beelden met een bom in zijn kapsel, met als suggestie dat de vrijheid in zijn handen niet gewaarborgd zou zijn en dat hij in wezen even radicaal is, als al die bloeddorstige muzelmannetjes, die in naam van Allah hun tweesnijdend zwaard laten kletteren.

Het is onnoemelijk belachelijk deze hetze. Kijk, in Irak zijn de voddenbalen elkaar aan het afslachten, toch het zuiverste bewijs dat hun geloof er eentje is die de agressie predikt.
Eén voorbeeld: een moslimvrouw is in blijde verwachting van een tweeling. Plots krijgt ze haar weeën en loopt in paniek de straat op. Ik ben blij dat je me een antwoord gaf.
Wat vrijheid van meningsuiting betreft. Ik kan je verzekeren dat ik regelmatig een andere mening heb dat mijn medemensen. En het maakt me heus niet uit welke godsdienst ze hebben.
Vrijheid van meningsuiting komt heus niet enkel ter sprake als het op islam aankomt. Geloof me.
Wat de geschiedenis betreft. Daar kunnen we wel een tijdje over discussiëren vrees ik.
Ik wil gerust toegeven dat de christenen al heel wat oorlogen op hun naam hebben staan. Maar dat geldt voor de moslims ook.
Denk maar aan de Saraceense invasie in Spanje en de Ottomaanse invasie in Oost Europa.
En momenteel heb je de strijd tussen soennieten en sjiieten (geen idee of dit correct geschreven is).
Kijk, als het op oorlog aankomt denk ik wel dat we het er eens kunnen over zijn dat elk geloof hieraan schuldig is.
Bij mijn weten koloniseren wij geen landen momenteel. Afghanistan en Irak zijn gebieden waar we momenteel de vrede proberen te handhaven.
Eens die landen zichzelf terug kunnen besturen zonder in complete chaos te hervallen, dan mogen onze soldaten terug naar huis.

Jullie hebben het recht om met hem in dialoog te treden. Net zoals iedereen.
Je moet iemand anders zijn mening daarom niet leuk vinden, maar je moet wel respecteren dat hij een andere mening kan hebben. Net zoals hij jullie mening moet respecteren.

(( Lo! Allah preferred Adam and Noah and the Family of Abraham and the Family of ‘Imran above (all His) creatures. (33) They were descendants one of another. Allah is Hearer, Knower. (34) (Remember) when the wife of ‘Imran said: My Lord! I have vowed unto Thee that which is in my belly as a consecrated (offering). Accept it from me. Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Hearer, the Knower! (35) And when she was delivered she said: My Lord! Lo! I am delivered of a female - Allah knew best of what she was delivered - the male is not as the female; and lo! I have named her Mary, and lo! I crave Thy protection for her and for her offspring from Satan the outcast. (36) And her Lord accepted her with full acceptance and vouchsafed to her a goodly growth; and made Zachariah her guardian. Whenever Zachariah went into the sanctuary where she was, he found that she had food. He said: O Mary! Whence cometh unto thee this (food)? She answered: It is from Allah. Allah giveth without stint to whom He will. (37) Then Zachariah prayed unto his Lord and said: My Lord! Bestow upon me of Thy bounty goodly offspring. Lo! Thou art the Hearer of Prayer. (38) And the angels called to him as he stood praying in the sanctuary: Allah giveth thee glad tidings of (a son whose name is) John, (who cometh) to confirm a word from Allah lordly, chaste, a prophet of the righteous. (39) He said: My Lord! How can I have a son when age hath overtaken me already and my wife is barren? (The angel) answered: So (it will be). Allah doeth what He will. (40) He said: My Lord! Appoint a token for me. (The angel) said: The token unto thee (shall be) that thou shalt not speak unto mankind three days except by signs. Remember thy Lord much, and praise (Him) in the early hours of night and morning. (41) And when the angels said: O Mary! Lo! Allah hath chosen thee and made thee pure, and hath preferred thee above (all) the women of creation. (42) O Mary! Be obedient to thy Lord, prostrate thyself and bow with those who bow (in worship). (43) This is of the tidings of things hidden. We reveal it unto thee (Muhammad). Thou wast not present with them when they threw their pens (to know) which of them should be the guardian of Mary, nor wast thou present with them when they quarrelled (thereupon). (44) (And remember) when the angels said: O Mary! Lo! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a word from him, whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, illustrious in the world and the Hereafter, and one of those brought near (unto Allah). (45) He will speak unto mankind in his cradle and in his manhood, and he is of the righteous. (46) She said: My Lord! How can I have a child when no mortal hath touched me? He said: So (it will be). Allah createth what He will. If He decreeth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! and it is. (47) And He will teach him the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel, (48) And will make him a messenger unto the Children of Israel, (saying): Lo! I come unto you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and I breathe into it and it is a bird, by Allah’s leave. I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead, by Allah’s leave. And I announce unto you what ye eat and what ye store up in your houses. Lo! herein verily is a portent for you, if ye are to be believers. (49) And (I come) confirming that which was before me of the Torah, and to make lawful some of that which was forbidden unto you. I come unto you with a sign from your Lord, so keep your duty to Allah and obey me. (50) Lo! Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path. (51) But when Jesus became conscious of their disbelief, he cried: Who will be my helpers in the cause of Allah? The disciples said: We will be Allah’s helpers. We believe in Allah, and bear thou witness that we have surrendered (unto Him). (52) Our Lord! We believe in that which Thou hast revealed and we follow him whom Thou hast sent. Enrol us among those who witness (to the truth). (53) And they (the disbelievers) schemed, and Allah schemed (against them): and Allah is the best of schemers. (54) (And remember) when Allah said: O Jesus! Lo! I am gathering thee and causing thee to ascend unto Me, and am cleansing thee of those who disbelieve and am setting those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then unto Me ye will (all) return, and I shall judge between you as to that wherein ye used to differ. (55) As for those who disbelieve I shall chastise them with a heavy chastisement in the world and the Hereafter; and they will have no helpers. (56) And as for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their wages in full. Allah loveth not wrong-doers. (57) This (which) We recite unto thee is a revelation and a wise reminder. (58) Lo! the likeness of Jesus with Allah is as the likeness of Adam. He created him of dust, then He said unto him: Be! and he is. (59) (This is) the truth from thy Lord (O Muhammad), so be not thou of those who waver. (60) And whoso disputeth with thee concerning him, after the knowledge which hath come unto thee, say (unto him): Come! We will summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, then we will pray humbly (to our Lord) and (solemnly) invoke the curse of Allah upon those who lie. (61) Lo! This verily is the true narrative. There is no God save Allah, and lo! Allah, is the Mighty, the Wise. (62) And if they turn away, then lo! Allah is Aware of (who are) the corrupters. (63) Say: O People of the Scripture! Come to an agreement between us and you: that we shall worship none but Allah, and that we shall ascribe no partner unto Him, and that none of us shall take others for lords beside Allah. And if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we are they who have surrendered (unto Him). (64) O People of the Scripture! Why will ye argue about Abraham, when the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed till after him? Have ye then no sense? (65) Lo! ye are those who argue about that whereof ye have some knowledge: Why then argue ye concerning that whereof ye have no knowledge? Allah knoweth. Ye know not. (66) Abraham was not a Jew, nor yet a Christian; but he was an upright man who had surrendered (to Allah), and he was not of the idolaters. (67) Lo! those of mankind who have the best claim to Abraham are those who followed him, and this Prophet and those who believe (with him); and Allah is the Protecting Guardian of the believers. (68) A party of the People of the Scripture long to make you go astray; and they make none to go astray except themselves, but they perceive not. (69) O People of the Scripture! Why disbelieve ye in the revelations of Allah, when ye (yourselves) bear witness (to their truth)? (70) O People of the Scripture! Why confound ye truth with falsehood and knowingly conceal the truth? (71) And a party of the People of the Scripture say: Believe in that which hath been revealed unto those who believe at the opening of the day, and disbelieve at the end thereof, in order that they may return; (72) And believe not save in one who followeth your religion - Say (O Muhammad): Lo! the guidance is Allah’s Guidance - that anyone is given the like of that which was given unto you or that they may argue with you in the presence of their Lord. Say (O Muhammad): Lo! the bounty is in Allah’s hand. He bestoweth it on whom He will. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing. (73) He selecteth for His mercy whom He will. Allah is of Infinite Bounty. (74) ))
Sura 5 , ver :12 t/m 26
((Allah made a covenant of old with the Children of Israel and We raised among them twelve Chieftains, and Allah said: Lo! I am with you. If ye establish worship and pay the poor-due, and believe in My messengers and support them, and lend unto Allah a kindly loan, surely I shall remit your sins, and surely I shall bring you into gardens underneath which rivers flow. Whoso among you disbelieveth after this will go astray from a plain road. (12) And because of their breaking their covenant, We have cursed them and made hard their hearts. They change words from their context and forget a part of that whereof they were admonished. Thou wilt not cease to discover treachery from all save a few of them. But bear with them and pardon them. Lo! Allah loveth the kindly. (13) And with those who say: “Lo! we are Christians,” We made a covenant, but they forgot a part of that whereof they were admonished. Therefor We have stirred up enmity and hatred among them till the Day of Resurrection, when Allah will inform them of their handiwork. (14) O People of the Scripture! Now hath Our messenger come unto you, expounding unto you much of that which ye used to hide in the Scripture, and forgiving much. now hath come unto you light from Allah and plain Scripture, (15) Whereby Allah guideth him who seeketh His good pleasure unto paths of peace. He bringeth them out of darkness unto light by His decree, and guideth them unto a straight path. (16) They indeed have disbelieved who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. Say: Who then can do aught against Allah, if He had willed to destroy the Messiah son of Mary, and his mother and everyone on earth? Allah’s is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He createth what He will. And Allah is Able to do all things. (17) The Jews and Christians say: We are sons of Allah and His loved ones. Say: Why then doth He chastise you for your sins? Nay, ye are but mortals of His creating. He forgiveth whom He will, and chastiseth whom He will. Allah’s is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and unto Him is the journeying. (18) O People of the Scripture! Now hath Our messenger come unto you to make things plain unto you after an interval (of cessation) of the messengers, lest ye should say: There came not unto us a messenger of cheer nor any warner. Now hath a messenger of cheer and a warner come unto you. Allah is Able to do all things. (19) And (remember) when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Remember Allah’s favour unto you, how He placed among you prophets, and He made you kings, and gave you that (which) He gave not to any (other) of (His) creatures. (20) O my people! Go into the holy land which Allah hath ordained for you. Turn not in flight, for surely ye turn back as losers: (21) They said: O Moses! Lo! a giant people (dwell) therein and lo! we go not in till they go forth from thence. When they go forth from thence, then we will enter (not till then). (22) Then out spake two of those who feared (their Lord, men) unto whom Allah had been gracious: Enter in upon them by the gate, for if ye enter by it, lo! ye will be victorious. So put your trust (in Allah) if ye are indeed believers. (23) They said: O Moses! We will never enter (the land) while they are in it. So go thou and thy Lord and fight! We will sit here. (24) He said: My Lord! I have control of none but myself and my brother, so distinguish between us and the wrong-doing folk. (25) (Their Lord) said: For this the land will surely be forbidden them for forty years that they will wander in the earth, bewildered. So grieve not over the wrongdoing folk. (26) ))
Surat:5 , ver:70 t/m 86
(( We made a covenant of old with the Children of Israel and We sent unto them messengers. As often as a messenger came unto them with that which their souls desired not (they became rebellious). Some (of them) they denied and some they slew. (70) They thought no harm would come of it, so they were wilfully blind and deaf. And afterward Allah turned (in mercy) toward them. Now (even after that) are many of them wilfully blind and deaf. Allah is Seer of what they do. (71) They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allah is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah (himself) said: O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Lo! whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah, for him Allah hath forbidden paradise. His abode is the Fire. For evil-doers there will be no helpers. (72) They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allah is the third of three; when there is no God save the One God. If they desist not from so saying a painful doom will fall on those of them who disbelieve. (73) Will they not rather turn unto Allah and seek forgiveness of Him? For Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (74) The Messiah, son of Mary, was no other than a messenger, messengers (the like of whom) had passed away before him. And his mother was a saintly woman. And they both used to eat (earthly) food. See how We make the revelations clear for them, and see how they are turned away! (75) Say: Serve ye in place of Allah that which possesseth for you neither hurt nor use? Allah it is Who is the Hearer, the Knower. (76) Say: O People of the Scripture! Stress not in your religion other than the truth, and follow not the vain desires of folk who erred of old and led many astray, and erred from a plain road. (77) Those of the Children of Israel who went astray were cursed by the tongue of David, and of Jesus, son of Mary. That was because they rebelled and used to transgress. (78) They restrained not one another from the wickedness they did. Verily evil was that they used to do! (79) Thou seest many of them making friends with those who disbelieve. Surely ill for them is that which they themselves send on before them: that Allah will be wroth with them and in the doom they will abide. (80) If they believed in Allah and the Prophet and that which is revealed unto him, they would not choose them for their friends. But many of them are of evil conduct. (81) Thou wilt find the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe (to be) the Jews and the idolaters. And thou wilt find the nearest of them in affection to those who believe (to be) those who say: Lo! We are Christians. That is because there are among them priests and monks, and because they are not proud. (82) When they listen to that which hath been revealed unto the messengers, thou seest their eyes overflow with tears because of their recognition of the Truth. They say: Our Lord, we believe. Inscribe us as among the witnesses. (83) How should we not believe in Allah and that which hath come unto us of the Truth. And (how should we not) hope that our Lord will bring us in along with righteous folk? (84) Allah hath rewarded them for that their saying - Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide for ever. That is the reward of the good. (85) But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, they are owners of hell-fire. (86) ))

Vraagje, hoe zinvol denk je dat die teksten uit deze sura’s nog zijn? De hele aarde is al bevolkt met mensen. Je kan toch niet de oorlog aan iedereen verklaren? Aan alle andersdenkenden?
Ik ben het met je eens dat wat Christenen hebben aangericht (en misschien nog steeds in hun godsidee) zeker niet altijd goed is geweest. Christenen moeten ook veel neutraler leren kijken. Alle godsdiesten hebben dit probleem wel. Maar de Islam en het Christendom zijn veruit de meest succesvolle godsdiensten in de wereld en hebben hierdoor nu erg met elkaar te maken.
Weetje, je kan daar toch gewoon boven staan? Je weet dat als je deze teksten uit deze sura’s heel letterlijk zou toepassen dat je problemen op je eigen mensen brengt. Dat kan toch van de Islam zeker niet de bedoeling zijn? Met Amerika heb je een wereldalliantie tegen je. Hoe goed denk je dat dat is voor je medemoslims? Terecht of onterecht, je moet lijnen trekken.
Wat zou je uberhaubt kunnen bereiken nu? Daarmee?

Stel je voor dat je bent naar mijn huis uitgenodigd en wanneer ben je gelijk binnen gekomen je kwaam tegen een heel mooi geweldig tafel die heb je nooit zo mooi gezien die staat in mijn woonkamer jij bent geinteresserd om zoiets tafel te kopen voor je eigen huis en je vraagt me waar heb je deze gekocht en ik begin om te uitlegen en ik zeg tegen je dat eerst moet je niet verbaasd zijn omdat het is de waarheid wat zal ik vertellen .Jij opent je oren goed en jij bent meer nieuwsgerig geworden en ik zeg geen stress man de verhaal is: dat ik heb een kleine boom voor de kerst ((geintje ik vier geen kerst))gekocht en toen ben ik thuis gekomen ik heb deze boom in de woonkamer gezet en ik zat op een bank om rust te nemen en plotseling ((zet talloze lijnen onder plotseling )) de boom begint zich te timmeren en te plakken en te verven en nog veel spijkers derbij gekomen ik weet niet waar vandan maar ik denk van een ijzerstoel die heeft iets geleend ook en in enkel minutjes is dit mooi geweldig tafel gekomen.
Jij ken zekker wat zal het eind van deze verhaal jij gaat gelijk denken dat ik ben gek geworden en je gaat ambulance voor me bellen om me naar een gekkenhuis te brengen.
